Briskk AI – AI Revenue Layer
    Briskk AI · Case Studies

    Every WhatsApp enquiry worked.
    Three categories, one pattern.

Furniture & furnishing brands (Furnishka and Floating Walls), a lab-grown diamond brand and an automobile pilot use Briskk AI to turn WhatsApp enquiries into conversations with a salesperson.

Briskk AI is a WhatsApp sales agent for high-consideration retail brands. It responds to enquiries, qualifies buyer intent, follows up and hands serious shoppers to sales staff with conversation context.

Most orders land within days of the first chat

In Briskk-assisted selling, about 6 in 10 buyers order within a week of the first chat, and about 1 in 4 on the same day.

    Furniture & Furnishing

Two brands, one buying pattern: shoppers compare, ask for advice and want a person who knows the product or the room.

The AI hands over shoppers who look interested, so this shows that its qualification works. It does not by itself prove the handover caused the order. Counting only orders placed after the handover day, the multiple is about 2.4×.

Two different measures: the 3.3× headline is Furnishka’s weekly enquiry-to-conversion rate on the case study page. The comparison above covers the period since handover went live and is a separate cohort.

    Is Briskk right for you?

It works best where the sale starts on WhatsApp and finishes with a person.

    • Considered, high-ticket purchase

Furniture & furnishing, jewellery, automobile: buyers compare, ask family and want advice before they buy.

    • WhatsApp-led enquiries

Shoppers arrive from ads, Instagram or your website and start the conversation on WhatsApp.

    • Store or sales staff close the sale

A salesperson, in store or on a call, closes the sale, and you want to know which enquiries they worked.

    How we measure

    Definitions and limits
    Shoppers served
Different people who sent at least one WhatsApp message during the measurement period.
    Handed over
Briskk routed the shopper to a salesperson with a conversation brief. A handover does not prove that the salesperson called, an appointment or store visit happened, an order was placed or revenue was generated.
    Buying intent
A handover associated with a qualified lead, a price question, a custom request or an objection. It is not a confirmed purchase.
    Furnishka orders
Matched to the retailer’s order system by phone number, counted if dated on or after the first-chat day. Matching by phone can miss buyers who use another number, so the true figure is likely higher. This is association, not proof of cause, and cohorts and periods are not mixed.
    Anonymous customer
The lab-grown diamond customer’s identity is withheld by agreement. Its analysis uses six weeks of recent Briskk production data and reports operational results, not sales.
    Floating Walls
Early results and operational only; they exclude sales outcomes.
    Aggregate footprint
Briskk AI is used across 30+ stores. 70+ store staff use it, and about 46 are active on an average day. These totals cover all customers and are not attributable to any one brand.
